Egg Freezing (Oocyte Vitrification)
Our center offers the option of egg freezing for patients who wish to preserve their quality (social freezing), which naturally declines as a woman ages, especially after the age of 35. Frozen eggs can be thawed when needed, maintaining their youth, and used for in vitro fertilization when the patient is ready for parenthood.
Eggs can also be frozen for health reasons, such as the presence of malignant diseases for which treatments may lead to damage to the quality of oocytes.
